I’ve never had to use this but have seen the ads for it. I have 3&1 year old boys at home who are constantly running around and throwing things. I wanted to get this incase there’s ever a fire while I’m cooking. I have it hanging right next to kitchen in stairwell to the basement and it gives me peace of mind. I even bought one for my parents who are very happy to have it too!

I always worry that if there was a fire in or around our house, none of us would remember how to use the fire extinguisher or they would be expired and not work. This gives me so much peace of mind. I purchased two, to place one inside the house near my stove in a cabinet and then place the other one outside where I have my grill and pizza oven. I feel so much better that I know that if anything happens, we will be protected against flash fires with this blanket. It’s very easy to put up. Just put up a hook wherever you wanted to go and then hang it up. That’s all there is to you pull on the cords and the blanket slides right out very easily and then you place it on the fire. You could do all of this in a second Whereas it would take me minutes to figure out a fire extinguisher. I recommend this to any house and anyone who works for the open flame it is the best thing ever!

A candle in the bedroom exploded. Wax was everywhere and the whole candle was on fire like an oil torch instead of just the wick. I ran to the other end of the house to get the fire blanket and threw it over the extremely hot candle. After a minute I tried to lift the blanket but the fire reignited so I put the blanket back down and waited an hour for it to cool. The blanket is soaked in wax and ruined, but my home, my family, and my animals are safe. I'm ordering more now so I can keep one in each room.

These blankets really really work I had to use it 2 weeks ago. I bought them September 2023 I gave them as gifts for my family I was cooking and I walked out of the kitchen I heard a spark I was panicking I was on the phone with my mom she told me to calm down that helped me. I had a fire extinguisher at hand but I didn't use it I used the blanket instead. the blanket put the Flames out because it was getting bigger and it helped. The blanket is much cleaner no big mess to clean up. I really really appreciate getting this blanket thank you
